When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 working days of purchase. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days after shipment.

How Do I Track My Package?

We’ll email you a tracking number once your order ships. Visit the carrier’s website and enter the number to view real-time status.

Why Can’t I Track My Order on the Website?

Tracking information may take 2–5 days to appear after the carrier updates it. If you don’t see anything yet, please check again in 1–2 days.

Why Is My Shipment Status Not Updating?

Delays can happen due to weather, customs, or carrier backlogs. We appreciate your patience.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
